	Initial state or state when the Data Provider changes, until the provider tells that the listener is ready.
	LISTENING
	Ready to listen, all needed data from the provider has been received.
	CONNECTED
	Accepting incoming connections.
	STOPPING
	Server is connected and streaming.
	ERROR
	Server is currently stopping.
